Brian Ellis Rules!
If you live in New Jersey, you know that Sonic enjoys torturing us with commercials even though the nearest one is ~5 hours away in Virginia. Why on earth would they do such a thing? No one has an answer, but spending a week out in Farmington, New Mexico meant I was within driving distance of THREE Sonics. As you'd expect, I had no choice but to try everything on the menu.
Well, maybe not everything, but I had it a bunch.
Sort of like a Blizzard (DQ), but not quite as thick (or tasty). It was alright, but
I have to give the edge to Dairy Queen on this one. Sorry, guys.

From the Sonic website: "Single meat, Bacon, Dill Pickle, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato,
Smoky Cheddar Cheese, an Onion Ring & Hickory BBQ sauce". HOLY COW. I had this puppy
for lunch and it was incredibly good. For some reason it was better than a standard
bacon cheeseburger. Could it have been the onion ring? The BBQ sauce? The texas toast
instead of a bun? The world may never know, but know this... I'd kill for another one.
Final Score: 9/10
A foot-long hotdog with chili and cheese... and of course, I had to get the additional
onions and mustard on it. This came highly recommended by a friend of mine and it definitely
lived up to the hype. The hotdog itself was a bit small (in diameter) but I won't hold that
against it.

Let me start off by saying, I like tater tots. I'm a fan. You might even say, a big fan. With
that in mind, Sonic still managed to deliver on the tots. Nice and crispy on the outside and still
potatoey on the inside. Well done, Sonic... Well done!

This was a new item on the menu (allegedly) and it was damn good (which I had come to expect from
Sonic). To be honest, I was expecting something like Kool-Aid, but it was more than that. It was
carbonated, I think, and it was the perfect blend of cherry and limeade. The best part? They snuck
a cherry in the drink! A REAL CHERRY!
Final Score: 8/10
Sonic, you lived up to the hype. I ate there 3 times in 2 days and to be honest I could've eaten there every time. There are still a few items on the menu that I need to try so that can only mean one thing... ROAD TRIP!
